I was really nervous to try this since I’d never done a group workout before, and I wasn’t sure if I could keep up. It was definitely challenging, but another person in class, Erica was super welcoming and helped me feel comfortable right away. I still have a lot to work on, but I didn’t feel out of place, and by the end, I actually felt good about it and that I could do it again. If you’re new to this kind of workout, don’t stress—you can go at your own pace, I did and it’s a really supportive environment.

If you want a great workout paired with an awesome community, check this place out! Nicole, the owner, is super warm and supportive of your fitness goals. All of the instructors are awesome, too. I’ve seen my body and strength change significantly in the last 1.5 years I’ve been a member. Love their morning, noon, and evening schedule, too. Very flexible.

Best gym in Astoria! The classes are fun and challenging for all fitness levels. Coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, providing modifications and advice if injured or unfamiliar with a certain movement. Nicole and team do a great job of welcoming you into their community!

Been coming for 2+ years. Great classes that have me feeling so energized and strong! The instructors are encouraging, attentive, and really supportive in demonstrating each move, providing modifications for better form, working around injuries, and doing movements with lower impact. The sessions within each class fly by quickly and before you know it, you crushed a great workout.

Looking for a new fun workout place? Go no farther! Coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and the best so so motivating and fun! Team workouts are the best, hard but fun the same time! Nicole is so knowledgeable in nutrition helps you in every step! Just got back after having a baby, I have 2 kids in the last 2 years and I really saw results going down in pounds, inches and fat but most importantly feeling strong, having energy, being myself! Moms come see Nicole, Ben and all the amazing staff they’ll really help you!

I've been coming to flexfiit since 2021, and I can't say enough great things about it. The coaches are absolutely top-notch—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They know exactly how to motivate and push you in the right way, without ever making it feel overwhelming. The workouts are challenging, but in the best way possible. Each session is thoughtfully designed to test your limits while still being accessible. It’s the kind of place that pushes you to be your best self, both mentally and physically. Highly recommend!!

Having experienced various gyms in the area, I can confidently say that my experience at Flex fiit has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of community. FlexFit is the best of both worlds between weightlifting and cardio. I was looking for something not as intense as CrossFit (even though I love it) but still challenging enough to help me stay strong and maintain a fit physique. The workout is nonstop from beginning to end, and in less than 60 minutes you leave feeling incredibly accomplished. Not to mention, the entire staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely encouraging.

Flexfiit is a great gym to challenge your body and learn new movements! I've been taking classes here about 4-5 times a week and I feel my stamina improving. Each day of classes works on a different part of the body or focus area (upper body, lower body, core, endurance), I hardly work on my core but the Flexfiit core days are really effective- my abdomen gets so sore after! What is especially helpful is the circle of instructors: the instructors are friendly and clear with their demonstrations, attentive to my needs and consistently made sure to correct my form to prevent injury! Their ability to foster an encouraging community is amazing!
